- Purpose: Treats erectile dysfunction (ED) with compounded prescription drugs sildenafil and tadalafil

- Dosage: Do not take more than once in any 24-hour period or within 24 hours of other ED medications or PDE-5 inhibitors.
Warnings:
- Avoid if taking nitrates or soluble guanylate cyclase stimulators, as this can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure.
- Do not use if you are not healthy enough for sex.
- Seek emergency medical care if an erection lasts longer than four hours.
- Use caution with alpha-blockers, high blood pressure medications, or if consuming more than five units of alcohol.
- Seek immediate medical attention for sudden loss of vision in one or both eyes, or sudden decrease or loss of hearing.
- Common Side Effects: Headache, flushing, indigestion, abnormal vision, back pain, muscle pain, nasal congestion, dizziness, nausea, limb pain, and rash.
